Every FASE initiative follows a common pathway: communities begin by strengthening leadership through the Transforming Communities Framework™, then apply these principles within Living Labs where ideas are tested and refined through collaboration, and finally CLSI supports long-term sustainability through leadership development, research, organizational learning, and institutional capacity building.
The FASE Girls initiative supports girls and young women through leadership development, mentorship, entrepreneurship, practical skills training, and personal growth opportunities.
The FASE Community Restaurant serves as both an enterprise and a Living Lab. Participants learn customer service, teamwork, leadership, financial management, problem-solving, communication, and enterprise management.
The Community Bakery provides opportunities for vocational learning and enterprise development. Participants gain hands-on experience in food production, quality control, inventory management, customer service, marketing, financial management, and entrepreneurship.
Community farming initiatives strengthen food security while developing leadership, entrepreneurship, sustainability awareness, and agricultural skills.
FASE works alongside schools and communities to support learning environments that encourage leadership, innovation, mentorship, and practical problem-solving.
Workshops help participants lead effectively, collaborate with others, address challenges, manage change, think strategically, build partnerships, support innovation, and create sustainable impact.
